Me?! A gardener?

I've been a horrible gardener and have never really planted anything successfully. One time my helper planted daun pandan (screw pie leaves) and they just multiplied beyond control. Neighbours came by from time to time and helped themselves whenever they needed the leaves. These leaves are useful. Used in cooking, they make cakes and desserts tasteful and provide a beautiful green colour to food (natural flavour enhancer and natural food colouring. Also used to give a wonderful aroma to nasi lemak. As a natural remedy, when boiled with water and consumed daily, this instant tea helps to cool down you body, helpful for high blood pressure and migraines and eliminates body odour.

Alas, the management had my little pandan jungle eliminated due to "dengue' control measures. I was devastated and honestly, haven't been successful in replanting pandan leaves. I have this little plant sprouting in the ground now, but its been a couple of months and still pretty little. So I have to console myself by buying my stock from the local market.
