Aduhhhh...sakitnyer...

Its been awhile since I did much exercise. Since school reopened on the 4th of Jnauary, I headed stright to the park after dropping the kids off to school. By 7.30am, I am at Taman Aman. Ponteng only on Saturday & Sunday. This time I am determined to walk at least 10 km a week. I've lost 4kg already since. But...my whole body aches.  Adoi! The knee I injured during the school holidays initially gave me a lot of pain.

On the first day...I walked so slowly that the old uncles, aunties, grandmas & grandpas seemed to whizz past me.  How embarassing! But honestly, I could not go any faster. Malu! Malu! Still, at that slow pace, I forced myself to walk 5 laps round the lake.  My knee felt so stiff and gave me a bit of problem even after I got home.

By today, I am more agile, I managed to do 5 laps, but this time taking the longer route, with more levitation up and down hill. Speed has increased and am generally feeling happier.

I couldn't sleep at nite so today, I went back to the Alpha One Centre after disappearing for almost 4 months. Hope the nagging problems will ease away...

Didn't buy rice when I went grocery shopping last weekend so we have run out of rice. Did not eat any rice for a week now.  Hope this will help with my progress....

Today, I made mee hoon goreng...my style with sauteed tomato and chillie sauce, chopped onions,  garlic and  cabbage, oyster mushroom, prawns and egg....Yummy...Not oily like the others...

Think tomorrow, I will make pasta...
